Our nannies are fluent in English and speak many additional languages, including French, German, Spanish Italian, Portuguese and Japanese.

Our selection process

Wordsmith nannies are selected according to a strict vetting process.

Naturally, all are fluent in another language but we also insist on a high level of education and at least two years childcare experience.

Your bilingual nanny will have been chosen following a process of:

• Background checks (CRB/DBS) and proof of qualifications
• In-depth interview
• References
• Registering with the Ofsted Childcare Register (OCR) and training in Paediatric first aid.
