Our bilingual nannies are employed on a full-time or part-time basis and can either “live-in” or “live-out” the family home.
Live-in or live-out
You can choose whether to employ your nanny as a live-out nanny, where she typically works a 10 hour day from Monday to Friday, leaving the home at the end of the day.
An alternative is to provide suitable accommodation in your own home, employing a live-in nanny. This provides extra flexibility for childcare at a lower cost. Either way, we will help you decide on the best arrangement for your family and make the process of choosing and employing a bilingual nanny as easy as possible.
Full or part-time
Although most bilingual nannies are employed on a full-time basis, there is increasing demand for part-time childcare. At Wordsmith Education, we will strive to provide you with the best flexible option for your particular family.
You may prefer a nanny who helps care for your child after school, several days of the week, and who therefore works less hours than a full-time bilingual nanny. A part-time nanny will be employed on a “live-out” basis, living outside the family home.
